ORDINANCE 17-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KREBS, OKLAHOMA AMENDING CHAPTER 9 ARTICLE 1 SECTION 9-10 OF THE CITY CODE 2003 UNAUTHORIZED OPEN BURNING. Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Krebs, County of Pittsburg, and State of Oklahoma. The revision to Chapter 9, Article 1. Section 9-10 shall supersede the heretofore entitled âunauthorized open burningâ. In accordance with the desire to promote Public Health and Safety, the ordinance will now read: Burning within the City of Krebs shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. with no burning commenced after 12:00 Noon. Nothing can be added to the burning after 2:00 p.m. Material being burned will consist of debris and or trash free from artificial materials. Burn Ban declarations declared by Pittsburg County will also pertain to the City of Krebs. Residents using the ability to burn debris and trash should be aware of their responsibilities in doing so.
