Key, deceased, has made and filed herein and presented for confirmation a return of sale of real property which he has made as Personal Representative, said property having been sold for the cash sum of $280,000.00, such sale having been made pursuant to authority granted to the Personal Representative in the Will of said decedent, and said described real property, to-wit: All of Courtsey Plaza, an addition to the City of Sallisaw, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, less public road rights-of-way and subject to easements of record, (sold âas isâ with $500.00 repairs cap), and that August 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, has been appointed by the Court for hearing such return, at which time any person interested in said estate and in said return may appear and file exceptions in writing to such return and contest the same, and reference to said return is hereby made for further particulars.
