ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the 2017 Southeast Clinic, Eufaula, Oklahoma, will be received in the Materials Management Department of the McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma, until 2:00 P.M., March 15, 2017. The project will consist of the construction of a new Family Medicine Clinic in Eufaula, Oklahoma, for the McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma. Bids shall be addressed to: Mr. Chris Whybrew, FACHE Chief Development Officer McAlester Regional Health Center One Clark Bass Blvd. McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 and will be publicly opened and read in the Board Room at 2:00 P.M., March 15, 2017. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. There will be a pre-bid conference on February 23, 2017, starting at 10:00 A.M., at the McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma. All Contractors and Sub-contractors interested in the project are encouraged to attend. A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, or a Surety Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total maximum bid amount shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Warranty Bond each for 100% of the contract amount will be required. It is intended that all work will be performed under a single contract as stated in the Bid Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. Drawings and Specifications may be obtained at the office of Wynn Associates, 215 E. Choctaw, Suite #128, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501, by persons interested in bidding as listed above, upon payment of $250.00 for each set, which in non-refundable. A CD that includes all plans and specifications is available for $25.00 and is non-refundable. Plans and Specifications may also be emailed at no charge. The word "Owner" as used in all of the documents included within this Invitation to Submit a Proposal for Construction means and denotes McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma, and the obligations and liability shall be solely and exclusively that of McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma.
