Wilson, Jr., and in rem against the subject real estate and premises herein sued upon, in the sum of $13,128.00 in principal accrued as of December 13, 2016, plus filing costs, a reasonable attorney fee, and other costs advanced by the attorney, plus late charges accrued and accruing, plus advances for taxes, insurance, plus all court costs and future attorneys’ fees incurred with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the default rate of eight percent (8.00%) or the statutory rate on all amounts whichever is greater from the date of said judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, will on the 13th day of April, 2017, at the hour of 10 o’clock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E.
