Case No. PB-2017-7 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO PROBATE WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND FOR DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS-AT-LAW, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of C.B. HAMILTON or JOSEPHINE HAMILTON, both deceased, that on the 13th day of January, 2017, RICKIE N. HAMILTON produced in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament C.B. HAMILTON, dated February 6, 1984 and an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of JOSEPHINE HAMILTON, dated February 6, 1984, both deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition, together with the original of said Wills, praying that the Wills be admitted to probate and praying that Letters Testamentary be issued to RICKIE N. HAMILTON as Personal Representative named in said Wills and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of said C.B. HAMILTON and JOSEPHINE HAMILTON, both deceased. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the13th day of January, 2017, notice is hereby given that the 15th day of February, 2017, at 2:30 oâclock p.m. of said day, in the District Courtroom in the Pittsburg County Courthouse located in McAlester, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Wills and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
