Hammers, deceased, that on the 12th day of January, 2017, Sharron Hammers produced in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Troy J. Hammers, deceased, and also filed in said Court on the 12th day of January, 2017, her amended petition, together with a copy of said will praying for the probate of the will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to Sharron Hammers as sole heir named in the will and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent.
