Sealed bids for the ER Lighting to McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma, will be received in the Materials Management Department at McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma until 3:00 p.m. on the 6th of December, 2017. Bids shall be addressed to: Ms. Kayla Rovnak Manager, Materials Management McAlester Regional Health Center 1 Clark Bass Blvd. McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 and will be publicly opened and read in the Office of the Manager, Materials Management at McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7th, 2017. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening. McAlester Regional Health Center states hereby that all interested parties will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notification and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, religion or national origin in any subsequent bid award. The McAlester Regional Health Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any minor informality or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal which seems most advantageous to McAlester Regional Health Center.
