(HACNO) will be accepting sealed bids on the sale of a Modular Wheat Stem Frame house located in the HACNO Coalgate Modular Warehouse at 1508 S Ada Street, Coalgate, OK. 74538. The building can be viewed by appointment only or by requesting photographs, between the hours of 9:00 am -4:00 pm. Monday- Friday. Please call Clint Jefferson or John Wolf at

All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with your name, phone num-ber, address, and amount bidding. All envelopes must be marked as “Modular House Bid” and mailed to The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation, 209 Jim Monroe Rd. Hugo, OK. 74743. Bids will be accepted until Friday November 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm. All bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM on Monday November 20, 2017 at HACNO Procure-ment Office 209 Jim Monroe Rd. Hugo, OK.
The Modular house dimension are 50’ x 25’. The house will be sold as is with no warranty or responsibility from the HACNO. The structure will need to be moved at the expense of the buyer.
Bids submitted by e-mail or facsimile (fax) will not be considered.
Any late bid will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids.
