THE OKLAHOMA Tourism and Recreation Department is accepting bid proposals to operate a public stable facility located within Arrowhead State Park. The concessionaire will be provided use of an existing stable structure to provide the service. This concession will be a five-year lease agreement with one additional five year renewal option. The concessionaire will be required to pay the State of Oklahoma a percentage of gross receipts for the right to operate within the park.
