RELIEF SOUGHT: LOCATION EXCEPTION (PART OF A MULTIUNIT HORIZONTAL WELL) LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ALL OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA CAUSE CD NO. 201706631-T NOTICE OF HEARING STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant a well location exception for a multiunit horizontal well to be drilled and produce from the Mississippian, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply underlying all of Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; and as an exception to Order No. 666047, said well to be drilled at the following locations: COMPLETION INTERVAL IN SECTION 12 - PART OF A MULTIUNIT HORIZONTAL WELL: COMMENCEMENT: No closer than 165' FSL and no closer than 880' FEL of Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; END: No closer than 0' FNL and no closer than 880' FEL of Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; BOTTOM HOLE LOCATION: No closer than 165' FNL and no closer than 880' FEL of Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; and to authorize applicant or some other party to drill said well. Applicant further requests that the Order to be entered in this cause possibly be made effective as of the day of the filing of this application, or on some other date prior to the date of signing. The offsetting governmental sections toward which the proposed well location is sought to be moved in this proceeding Sections 1, 2, 11, 13 and 14; and Sections 6, 7 and 18 Township 7 North, Range 19 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Division, 440 South Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, at 8:30 a.m., on the 30th day of October, 2017, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their names and phone numbers.
