NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission amend Order No. 666050 to authorize the drilling of two additional wells on the unit comprised of Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to test and to produce the Woodford common source of supply, and to designate applicant or some other party as operator. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
