BEFORE THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA APPLICANT: BP AMERICA PRODUCTION COMPANY RELIEF SOUGHT: LOCATION EXCEPTION LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Sections 26 and 35, Township 7 North, Range 13 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma Cause CD No. 201705925 NOTICE OF HEARING STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, including the following: XTO Energy, Inc.; and if the above-named party is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved entity. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, BP America Production Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 640-acre horizontal well units to be formed for the Mississippian, Woodford, Hunton and Sylvan separate common sources of supply in Sections 26 and 35, Township 7 North, Range 13 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, so as to allow a proposed multiunit horizontal well to be drilled into, to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from such separate common sources of supply in said Sections 26 and 35, with the completion interval of such multiunit horizontal well to be located in such lands as set forth below: FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 26 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 165 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 26, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 26 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 26, FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 35 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 35, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 35 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 165 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 35, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant; and (ii) granting a full allowable for the proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein as to production from the separate common sources of supply covered hereby in each of the 640-acre horizontal well units to be formed therefor in said Sections 26 and 35, with no downward adjustment imposed thereon. The application in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission an application of Applicant requesting the Commission to approve the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby. Such application further states that there is currently pending before the Commission an application of Applicant to form 640-acre horizontal well units in said Sections 26 and 35 for the Mississippian, Woodford, Hunton and Sylvan separate common sources of supply. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the "land sections adjacent to the area within the location exception" requested herein in said Sections 26 and 35 in regard to the subsurface location tolerance areas described above are said Sections 26 and 35; Sections 22, 23, 27 and 34, Township 7 North, Rage 13 East of the IM; and Sections 2 and 3, Township 6 North, Range 13 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The other âland sectionsâ surrounding said Sections 26 and 35 are Sections 24, 25 and 36, Township 7 North, Range 13 East of the IM, and Section 1, Township 6 North, Range 13 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.
