PB-2017-125 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To: All persons interest in the Estate of James Arthur Wilson, Deceased You are hereby notified that on the 16th day of August, 2017, the Petitioner, LaJeanna Fannin, c/o Johnny Sandmann, Complete Legal, 28 North Main Coalgate, OK 74538, Attorney for Petitioner, filed in the District Court of Pittsburg County a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator, and Admission of Will to Probate The Petitioner has alleged that James Arthur Wilson, Deceased, died testate on 01/15/2017 domiciled in and residing in McAlester, Pittsburg, State of Oklahoma, and that the total value of the Decedentâs property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00. Attached to the Petition is an instrument purporting to be the Decedentâs original Last Will and Testament. Petitioner has asked this Court to admit the Will to probate and for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered on the 16th day of August, 2017, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate, the final accounting, and petition for determination of heirs, devisees and legatees, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against James Arthur Wilson, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to LaJeanna Fannin, Personal Representative, at the law offices of Complete Legal, 28 North Main, Coalgate, OK 74538 addressed to Johnny Sandmann, attorney for the Personal Representative, on or before the following presentment date: September 18, 2017 or the same will be forever barred. Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 25th day of October, 2017, at 10:00 oâclock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, OK 74501, before the undersigned Judge. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate, the final account and petition for determination of heirs, devisees and legatees, distribution, and discharge. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, devisees and legatees and distribution will be filed herein on or before the 5th day of October, 2017. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, devisees and legatees, and distribution at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney, Johnny Sandmann at the above address or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
