Scheflow, who may be contacted through counsel at the address below, filed a Petition for Summary Administration in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, attaching thereto an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament (“Will”) of said Deceased and naming Elizabeth M Scheflow, whose address is P.O. Box 718, Corrales, New Mexico 87048 as Personal Representative, praying for the probate of said Will, that Letters of Special Administration issue to Elizabeth M. Scheflow, that Letters Testamentary, if necessary, issue to the same. Said Petition further prays that the heirs at law, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined; that the final accounting be approved, the property of the Decedent subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed, and that the Special Administrator/Personal Representative be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 25th day of October, 2017, at the hour of 10 o’clock A.M. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the Pittsburg County Courthouse in the City of McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, proving said Will, and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing. Any person receiving this notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at or before the final hearing.
