SCHULTZ AND MARGARET AN KAUFFMAN, BOTH DECEASED You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 29th day of June 2017, Main Street Apartments, LLC filed a petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2017-84, wherein Main Street Apartments, LLC is Plaintiff, and Betty Hake, et al. are Defendants, alleging that it is the owner of and is in possession of the following described property: A tract of land containing 6000 square feet in Lot 2, Block 571 in the City of McAlester, formerly South McAlester, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2; thence N 75°W along the North line of Lot 2 a distance of 106.60 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 2; thence S 15° W along the West line of Lot 2 a distance of 53.78 feet; thence S 75° E along a line parallel to the North line of Lot 2 a distance of 116.53 feet to a point on the East line of Lot 2; thence N 4°32â14â W a distance of 54.59 feet to the point of beginning, and to quiet title in the Plaintiff in said property. NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you, are hereby notified that you must answer the petition filed herein on or before the 5th day of September 2017 or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of the Plaintiff, against you, extinguishing any claim of interest you may have adverse to the Plaintiff and quieting title to said real estate in the Plaintiff.
