Case No. PB-2017-107 Judge Mills COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To: All persons interest in the Estate of Laura Josephine Bacorn, Deceased. You are hereby notified that on the 5th day of July, 2017, the Petitioner, Cheryl A. Davis, c/o Brett D. Cable, Cable Law, PLLC, 438 East Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, OK 74501, Attorney for Petitioner, filed in the District Court of Pittsburg County a Petition for Summary Administration and Appointment of Personal Representative. The Petitioner has alleged that: (a) Laura Josephine Bacorn, Deceased, of legal age, died intestate on September 4, 2016, domiciled in and residing in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma; (b) Petitioner Cheryl A. Davis is a surviving daughter of the Decedent; (c) The name and address of the heirs or devisees are: Cheryl A. Davis, 18981 E. St. Hwy. 31, Quinton, OK 74561; Kenneth D. Bacorn, P.O. Box 633, Quinton, OK 74561; Sharon Strawn, 2819 Folsom Rd., Durant, OK 74701; Joan Moon, 450 LR 43, Ashdown, AR 71822; and Steve Bacorn, 265 Black Walnut Trail, Broken Bow, OK 74728; and (c) that the total value of the Decedentâs property in Oklahoma is $3,548.00. In an Order for Combined Notice entered on the 6th day of July, 2017, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the final accounting, and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Laura Josephine Bacorn, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Cheryl A. Davis, Personal Representative, at the law offices of Cable Law, PLLC, 438 E. Carl Albert Pkwy., McAlester, OK 74501, addressed to Brett D. Cable, attorney for the Personal Representative, on or before the following presentment date: August 9, 2107, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on September 6, 2017, at 10:00 oâclock a.m. in Courtroom #2 at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Pkwy., McAlester, OK 74501, before Judge Mills. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution of the Petitioner. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution will be filed herein on or before the August 16, 2017.
