The sale will be made pursuant to a Writ of Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on May 3, 2017, in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2016-280, wherein First National Bank&Trust Co. of McAlester was Plaintiff and James L. Harper and State of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission were Defendants to satisfy a judgment against Defendant James L. Harper in personam and in rem, in the sum of $72,728.51 plus interest thereon at the rate of 4.810% per annum or $9.58 per day) from April 11, 2016; late charges of $152.40; title searching expenses in the amount of $150.00; a reasonable attorneys' fee incurred herein in the amount of $3,000.00; court costs; $1,121.29 for ad valorem taxes paid by Plaintiff; and all necessary costs, fees and expenses accruing hereafter through completion of this action plus any advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums or expenses necessary for the preservation of the property.
