NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nooner 1-26H SWD well is permitted as a Non-Commercial Saltwater Disposal Well with open hole disposal into the Hartshorne common source of supply. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on April 19, 2017 Applicant filed an Amended Form 1015 requesting the Nooner 1-26H SWD well be converted to a Commercial Saltwater Disposal Well with open hole disposal into the Hartshorne common source of supply. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that OAC 165:10-5-5(i)(3) requires that production casing must be set and cemented through the injection zone with the cement circulated behind the casing to a height at least 250 feet above the disposal zone. A cement bond log showing quality and placement of the cement must be furnished to and approved by the Commission before the well may be used for injection or disposal. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Order No. 590015 Granting an Exception to the Packer Setting Depth for the Nooner 1-26H SWD well issued October 13, 2011 and said order requires that the well shall have an annual Radioactive Tracer Test (RAT) to ensure the integrity of the well. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the conversion of the Nooner 1-26H SWD well to a Commercial Saltwater Disposal Well will not change the volume or pressure currently permitted for the well. Conversion to commercial status will actually require stricter monitoring than that which is currently in place. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant requests an exception OAC 165:10-5-5(i)(3)to allow the Nooner 1-26H SWD well to be converted to a Commercial Saltwater Disposal Well with open hole disposal into the Hartshorne common source of supply. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Pollution Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 440 S. Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127 at 9:30 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2017 and that this Notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event this cause is uncontested, the Applicant, its representatives, witnesses and other proponents of the Applicant may appear and testify by telephone.
