IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES QUINTON, SR., DECEASED Case No. PB-2017-99 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of James Quinton, Sr., deceased, that on the 20th day of June 2017, Dean Quinton, having produced and filed in this Court a Petition for Probate of Foreign Will, having attached thereto a duly certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent, the Order admitting said Will to probate, and the Order distributing the estate and determining the heirs, all as issued by the Court having jurisdiction of the domiciliary probate proceedings. NOTICE is further given that said Petitioner prays that an order be entered distributing all property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent and the order distributing the estate of the Decedent as entered by the Court having jurisdiction of the domiciliary probate proceedings; and that on the 19th day of July 2017 said Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom, of the Pittsburg County Courthouse in McAlester, Oklahoma, at 10:00 o'clock a.m.; and that an order distributing the property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court will be entered in accordance with the documents from the domiciliary probate proceeding unless a written objection is filed prior to said date and time by an interested party or creditor of the Decedent.
