NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Trinity Operating (USG), LLC has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed in Sections 29 and 32, Township 7 North, Range 15 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma for the Mississippian, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply so as to allow, in part, a well, being a proposed multiunit horizontal well, to be drilled. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN Applicant requests that Order Nos. 569829 and 511397 be amended to permit a well to be drilled and produced at the following location: LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 32 COMPLETION INTERVAL: THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE END POINTS OF THE COMPLETION INTERVAL WILL BE NO CLOSER THAN 0 FEET FROM THE NORTH LINE AND NO CLOSER THAN 165 FEET FROM THE SOUTH LINE AND NO CLOSER THAN 1,000 FEET FROM THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT SECTION 29 COMPLETION INTERVAL: THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE END POINTS OF THE COMPLETION INTERVAL WILL BE NO CLOSER THAN 0 FEET FROM THE SOUTH LINE AND NO CLOSER THAN 165 FEET FROM THE NORTH LINE AND NO CLOSER THAN 1,800 FEET FROM THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA That the entire length of the lateral will be cemented such that the perforations will be isolated from the beginning and end point of the lateral. That Order Nos. 569829 and 511397 established a 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the Mississippian, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Sections 29 and 32, Township 7 North, Range 15 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma which orders require that the well be located no closer than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary. The Applicant in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission in order to issue in Cause CD No. 201703876-T an application of Applicant requesting the Commission to approve the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby. The âland sections adjacent to the area within the location exceptionâ requested herein in Sections 29 and 32, Township 7 North, Range 15 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma are Sections 20, 21, 28 and 33, Township 7 North, Range 15 East and Sections 4 and 5, Township 6 North, Range 15 East, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The other âland sectionsâ surrounding Sections 29 and 32 are Sections 19, 30 and 31, Township 7 North, Range 15 East and Section and 6, Township 6 North, Range 15 East, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The following are the operators of offset wells producing from the Woodford common source of supply towards which this location exception is moving. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 440 S. Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127 at 8:30 a.m. on the 3rd day of July, 2017 and that this Notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
