NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter its order to increase the density by the drilling of an additional well in Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 15 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma for production from the Woodford common source of supply as an exception to Order No. 569829 and designate Applicant or some other party as operator. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 440 South Houston, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74127, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m. on the 3rd day of July, 2017 and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
