Case No. CJ-2016-273 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Writ of Execution in Case No. CJ-2016-273 issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma on the 3rd day of May, 2017, in an action wherein BANK OF EUFAULA is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM HUMSTON, III and LATIA HUMSTON, and BRUCE SCHEER and DONNA SCHEER are the Defendants to satisfy a judgment rendered in said action in favor of Plaintiff, against said Defendants, WILLIAM HUMSTON, III and LATIA HUMSTON, for the sums as shown in said judgment; I have levied upon certain lands and tenements belonging to said WILLIAM HUMSTON, III and LATIA HUMSTON not exempt from execution, to wit: LOT EIGHT (8), in FALCON RIDGE, according to the Subdivision Plat thereof recorded in Folio #93-A, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma. and have duly caused said lands and tenements to be appraised according to law at $189,500.00. Now, Therefore, notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the commands of said Writ, I will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder, said lands and tenements, or so much therefore as will satisfy the said judgment and costs, on the 13th day of July, 2017, at10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day, in the front lobby of the Pittsburg County Courthouse on the first floor of the Pittsburg County Courthouse in the City of McAlester, in said County and State. I have caused said lands and tenements to be appraised according to law, the appraisal indicating a value of $189,500.00. Said property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of said appraised value. Any sale is subject to confirmation by the Court.
