Jade Mathew Potter, Cheryl Ann Potter, Oklahoma Tax Commission, Board of County Commissioners of Pittsburg County Oklahoma ex rel Pittsburg County Treasurer, and City of Krebs, Oklahoma Defendants. Case No. CJ 2016-183 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of July, 2017, at 10:00 a..m., at Front Lobby, located at 115 E Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale and will sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder therefor, with appraisement in the amount of $25,500, the property situated in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as: Lot Three (3), in Block 12, in the Township of Krebs, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof. Property address: 64 ½ Ne Taylor, Krebs OK, 74554 together with the improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging (“the Property”), subject to any unpaid ad valorem real property taxes. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale (With Appraisement) issued on May 9, 2017, pursuant to a Journal Entry of Judgment filed of record on January 25, 2017, entered in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2016-183, wherein The Bank N.A. is Plaintiff, and the Defendants, Jade Mathew Potter, Cheryl Ann Potter, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, The Board of County Commissioners of Pittsburg County, ex rel. Pittsburg County Treasurer and the City of Krebs, Oklahoma to satisfy: (a) First, the mortgage lien and security interest of The Bank N.A., pursuant to the judgment filed January 25, 2017, in the principal sum of $27,303.76, together with interest thereon at 7.25% from December 10, 2015, through the date of judgment, post-judgment interest as provided by law, together with all costs of this action, including a reasonable attorney’s fee and, (b) Second, the surplus, if any, to be paid into the court to abide further order of the Court.
