You have been sued by Petition alleging that Thomas William Willie died intestate on the 27th day of February, 1983, a resident of Pittsburg County, seized of an estate of restricted property as more fully described in the Petition on file herein. The Petition further alleges that Ordie Marie Anderson, then Willie, Jessie died intestate on the 28th day of February, 1983, a resident of Pittsburg County, seized of an estate of restricted property as more fully described in the Petition on file herein. The Petition further alleges that Gwendolyn Carol Willie, then Impson died intestate on the 20th day of March, 2007, a resident of Pittsburg County, seized of an estate of restricted property as more fully described in the Petition on file herein. The Petition further alleges that there has been no administration of the estate of Thomas William Willie, Ordie Marie Anderson, then Willie and Gwendolyn Carol Willie, then Impson, deceased; decedentsâ heirs have not been determined; this Court has jurisdiction of said matter; and that petitioners seek determination of the death and heirship of Thomas William Willie, Ordie Marie Anderson, then Willie and Gwendolyn Carol Willie, then Impson, deceased. This matter is set for hearing in the District Court of Pittsburg County, McAlester, Oklahoma on the 19th day of July, 2017, at 2:30 a.m. and all unknown successors and heirs of said decedents are directed to answer at said time and submit to this Court any evidence that is competent to establish heirship of said decedents, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly.
