P-2005-117 ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Claudia Hitchcock, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jared C. Hitchcock, deceased, on file herein, that it is to the best interest of the estate to sell the real property, belonging to said estate, and described in said Petition, for the following reasons and purposes: To pay taxes and administration expenses. THEREFORE, it is Ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the Estate of Jared C. Hitchcock, appear before the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, at the Pittsburg County Courthouse in McAlester, Oklahoma, on the 7th day of June, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an Order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the Personal Representative to sell real property of said deceased, at either public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as she shall judge to be for the best interest of said estate and of all parties interested therein.
