All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with your name, phone number, address, and amount bidding, and mailed to The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation 209 Jim Monroe Rd. Hugo, OK. 74743. Bids will be received until Friday May 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm. All bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 PM on Friday May 12, 2017 at HACNO Procurement Office 209 Jim Monroe Rd. Hugo, OK.
The facility has an appraisal value of $1,554,000. The facility is located on 1 city block with 3 Office buildings and a Storage/Maintenance building. The square footage of the buildings are;
• Main Building 17,373.64 ft2
• Office Building #1 (south of Main Building) 2,514.92 ft2
• Maintenance Building #2 (southeast of Main Building) 2,057.17 ft2
• Office Building #3 north of building 2) 2,673.13 ft2
