No. CJ-2017-10 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, on April 24, 2017, in an action wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for Mid-State Capital Corporation 2006-1 Trust, was Plaintiff and Tony C. Watson and Kathy L. Watson, husband and wife, et al., obtained and made in said Court on April 12th, 2017, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $104,473.36, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 8.99% per annum from March 5, 2016, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys' fees of $2,500.00, and title report expense; he will on the 15th day of June, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the First Floor Lobby of the Courthouse in McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys' fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $96,500.00.
