Holt, Deceased You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 17th day of April 2017, Patricia Carson filed a petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2017-49, wherein Patricia Carson is the Plaintiff and Buck Phifer, Michael Holt, Kimberly Holt, Coy Holt and the Unknown Successors and Assigns of Betty Jo Holt and Robert L. Holt, Deceased are Defendants, alleging that she is the owner of and is in possession of the following described property: The Southerly 95 feet of the following described premises: Beginning 9 feet West from the Northeast corner of Lot 49, Townsite Addition No. 21, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, thence running West 140 feet to the county road known as the Brewer and Savanna Road; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the road 210 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence in a Northwest direction 210 feet to the point of beginning. and to quiet title in the Plaintiff in said property.
