Williams Smith and Jane E. Williams Yecny filed a petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2017-47, wherein Sally E. Williams Smith and Jane E. Williams Yecny are Plaintiffs and The Unknown Successors of Henry Williams, Deceased, are Defendants, alleging that they are the owners of and are in possession of the following described property: An undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in the oil, gas and other minerals lying under the NE¼ SE¼ and S½ SE¼ of Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Pittsburg County, and to quiet title in the Plaintiffs in said property. NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you, are hereby notified that you must answer the petition filed herein on or before the 1st day of June 2017 or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of the Plaintiffs, against you, extinguishing any claim of interest you may have adverse to the Plaintiffs and quieting title to said real estate in the Plaintiffs.
