GUINN, deceased, that on the __ day of April, 2017, DEBORAH MYSKEY produced in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of E.W. GUINN, deceased, dated February 4, 2008, and also filed in said Court her Petition, together with the original of said Will, praying that the Will be admitted to probate and praying that Letters Testamentary be issued to DEBORAH MYSKEY as Personal Representative named in said Will and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of said E.W. GUINN, deceased. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 19th day of April, 2017, notice is hereby given that the 10th day of May, 2017, at 2:30 oâclock a.m./p.m., of said day, in the District Courtroom in the Pittsburg County Courthouse located in McAlester, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
