WHEREAS, Pittsburg County District 3 wishes to advertise for the following: One (1) or more Used Lowboy Trailer Lease Purchase with Financing Included A bid package containing an âInvitation to Bidâ is available at the Pittsburg County Clerkâs Office, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, Room 103, McAlester, Oklahoma or online at pittsburg.okcounties.org. THEREFORE, each competitive bid submitted to the County must be accompanied by an affidavit for filing with the Competitive Bid Form, as required by 61 O.S. § 138. Sealed bids will be received by the Pittsburg County Clerk until 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2017. Bids received after 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2017, will not be opened. Bids will be opened on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma.
