TOWN OF CROWDER PO Box 98 Crowder, Oklahoma 74430 BID FOR CROWDER FIRE STATION ADDITION TOWN OF CROWDER IS ACCEPTING BIDS FOR FIRE STATION ADDITION. BIDS ARE TO BE OPENED AT 7:00PM ON APRIL 27th, 2017 AT CROWDER SENIOR CITIZENâS CENTER, 120 SOUTH âBâ AVENUE, CROWDER, OK. Scope of Bid is for 44 Feet X 50 Feet Metal Building to be added to south side of existing Fire Station at 805 W. Bond Street, Crowder, OK 74430. Bid Shall include Metal building material shall match color and quality of exiting fire station. Metal Building shall have (3) 12 feet X 12 Feet Door openings on east side, starting at south end and spaced to north. Then (1) 3 Feet X 6â8â Solid Metal Door with frame and jamb at northern most east wall. Sides and Roof are to match existing Metal Building in height, color, and gauge of metal. Insulation of all walls and roof. Labor to complete installation. All hardware material to include nuts, bolts, and colored screws. Building shall be properly attached to existing metal framework. Warranty of material and labor for One Year. All structure supports and door frames as necessary. Bid may include separate price for consideration as Option 1. Labor and material to move and install (3) existing 12 Ft X 12 Ft Metal Doors, tracking, and electric door openers. Bid may include separate price for consideration as Option 2. Labor and Material for installation of electrical wiring for switches, receptacles, and lighting with conduit for new addition. Bid may include separate price for consideration for Option 3.
