JUSTIN STAMPER; TRISHA STAMPER; and TENANTS OF 614 E COAL AVENUE, MCALESTER, OK, if any Defendants. Case No. CJ-2016-00260 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE is hereby given that on the 25th day of May, 2017, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the front steps of the Pittsburg County Courthouse at 115 East Carl Albert Parkway, in the City of McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash at time of sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: THE WESTERLY 90 FEET OF LOT –TWO (2), BLOCK TWENTY-FIVE (25), IN THE CITY OF MCALESTER, NOW KNOWN AS NORTH MCALESTER, PITTSBURG COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA (a/k/a 614 E COAL AVENUE, MCALESTER, OK) subject to real estate ad valorem taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $145,500.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon judgment, in rem against the subject Property and interest of all Defendants, and in personam against the Defendant, JUSTIN STAMPER, entered in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ 2016-00260, wherein Arvest Bank, Successor in Interest by Merger to Arvest Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff, and JUSTIN STAMPER s, et al., are Defendants, to satisfy said judgment of the Plaintiff as follows: Judgment, in rem against the subject Property and interest of all Defendants, and in personam against the Defendant, JUSTIN STAMPER, for the Plaintiff in the sum of $150,591.44, plus pre-judgment interest thereon from November 1, 2016, accrued and accruing at the per annum rate of 4.25% on the unpaid principal balance of $147,783.05, until paid, plus an attorney’s fee of $2,000.00; and all costs of this action accrued and accruing; and that said amounts are secured by a first mortgage.
