Scope of work to include: Remove and replace VCT floor tile, remove and replace all sheetrock on walls and ceilings, remove replace all insulation in walls and ceilings, replace all damaged stud walls and repair any damaged ceiling joists, remove and replace all interior doors and trim, remove and replace vanity and bathroom cabinets, remove and reinstall kitchen cabinets with new countertops, repaint and texture entire unit, install metal electrical boxes in ceiling for ceilings fans to be installed by owner. The successful bidder must supply all materials, equipment, and labor to complete this work. Must meet Davis Bacon Wage Rate and abide by Section 3 Guide lines. Bids are subject to Oklahoma State Law. Bid packets may be picked up beginning April 5, 2017 at Kiamichi Housing Authority Office located in Buffalo Valley at 12321 S.E 1023 Ave Tuskahoma, Oklahoma for $25.00 each. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 11:00 AM April 12, 2017 at the Kiowa site: address: 39 Kecha Kiowa street apt #4 Kiowa ,Ok.74553. (Call for Driving directions.) Bids must be received in Kiamichi Housing Authority Office by 4:00 pm, April 18, 2017. Bids will be opened&reviewed by Kiamichi Housing Authority Board Members at the Kiamichi Housing Authority office April 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
