DEQ NOTICE A municipal wastewater discharge permit was filed with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) on February 16th, 2017. The applicant is the Pittsburg County Rural Water District No. 20 located at P.O. Box 302, Eufaula, OK, 74432. Chairperson is Jeff Click, 1-918-707-5694. The permit is to discharge municipal/domestic wastewater into a tributary of Lake Eufaula under Form 2M2. The location of the discharge facility is in the Town of Carlton Landing, 9000 Water Street, Eufaula, OK 74432 with the legal description being part of the NE/4, SE/4 of Section 31, T9N, R17E, I.M.
