WHEREAS, Pittsburg County wishes to advertise for the following for High Hill Volunteer Fire Department: One (1) Used Crawler Tractor, Firefighter Edition, with trailer Lease Purchase with Financing Included A bid package containing an “Invitation to Bid” is available at the Pittsburg County Clerk’s Office, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Pkwy, Room 103, McAlester, Oklahoma or online at pittsburg.okcounties.org. THEREFORE, each competitive bid submitted to the County must be accompanied by an Affidavit for filing with the Competitive Bid Form, as required by 61 O.S. § 138. Sealed bids will be received by the Pittsburg County Clerk until 5:00 P.M., Friday, March 24, 2017. Bids received after 5 P.M. Friday, March 24, 2017, will not be opened. Bids will be opened on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma.
