NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, BP America Production Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) granting an exception to OAC 165:10-13-9 and 165:10-17-11 so as to authorize and permit a separate gas allowable for each of the four proposed wells involved herein (such proposed wells being the Stewart No. 2-19H30 Well, the Stewart No. 3-19H30 Well, the Stewart No. 4-19H30 Well and the Stewart No. 5-19H30 Well) as to production from the Woodford common source of supply in the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit formed therefor in Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 13 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; and (ii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto.
