Roberts; Eddie Harper; Fairfield Energy, LLC; Ferrelloil Co., LLC; Forced Pool, LLC; Gene Stipe Exploration, LLC; H and S Enterprises Group of New Jersey, LLC; John B. Stipe; Strong Oil&Gas, Ltd.; Trinity Operating (USG), LLC; if any of the above-named individuals be deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such deceased individual; if any of the above-named parties is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved entity; if any of the above-named parties designated as a trustee is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, then the unknown successor or successors to such trustee; and if any of the above-named parties designated as personal representative is not presently acting in such capacity as personal representative, then the unknown successor or successors to such personal representative. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, BP America Production Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in (a) the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Caney, Mayes, Woodford, Hunton and Sylvan separate common sources of supply in Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 13 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, (b) the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Caney, Mayes and Woodford separate common sources of supply in Section 30, Township 6 North, Range 13 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, and (c) the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Jefferson, Mississippian, Woodford, Hunton and Sylvan separate common sources of supply in Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 13 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, so as to allow a proposed multiunit horizontal well to be drilled into, to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from such separate common sources of supply in said Sections 19, 30 and 31, with the completion interval of such multiunit horizontal well to be located in such lands as set forth below: FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 19 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 165 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 19, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 19 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 19, FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 30 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 30, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 30 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 30, FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 31 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 31, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 31 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 2640 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 330 feet from the east line of said Section 31, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant; and (ii) granting a full allowable for the proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein as to production from the separate common sources of supply covered hereby in each of the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed therefor in said Sections 19, 30 and 31, with no downward adjustment imposed thereon. The application in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission an application of Applicant requesting the Commission to approve the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the "land sections adjacent to the area within the location exception" requested herein in said Sections 19, 30 and 31 in regard to the subsurface location tolerance areas described above are said Sections 19, 30 and 31; Sections 17, 18, 20, 29 and 32, Township 6 North, Rage 13 East of the IM; and Sections 13, 24, 25 and 36, Township 6 North, Range 12 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The other “land sections” surrounding said Sections 19, 30 and 31 are Sections 5 and 6, Township 5 North, Range 13 East of the IM, and Section 1, Township 5 North, Range 12 East of the IM, all in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the name and operator of each well currently producing from one or more of the separate common sources of supply covered hereby in any adjoining or cornering tract of land or unit to the lands involved herein, toward which the completion interval of the proposed multiunit horizontal well covered hereby is requested to be moved, are set forth below: Well /Name /Operator Carol No. 1-18H Well BP America Production Company Boozer No. 1-20H Well BP America Production Company Johnson No. 1-36 Well Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent, Inc. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set for hearing before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 21st day of March , 2017, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
