PUBLIC NOTICE Let it be known at the property listed on Pittsburg County tax records as W2 NE Sec 12-5-16 and Sec 12-4-16 Less TR. 105' E&W x 210' N and S SW/C consisting of approximately 119.5 Acres owned by "The Terrence E. Harris-Inman Trust" and located adjacent to the Daniel Paden property to the West of 3rd Street, and South of Russian Rd. and bordering North of the access Rd. joining property with that of Dewey Wills and his adjoining property adjacent to the Lewis property has been leased to Mr. Daniel Paden effective December 1, 2016 for pasture and hay production. The lease agreement also includes Lots' # 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, BLK 183, Lot 7, BLK 181 HARTSHORNE and Lot 6, BLK 172 HARTSHORNE (totaling approximately 5+ acres') located on the East side of 3rd Street, South of the Russian Orthodox Church and the South of its intersection with Russian Rd. The purpose of this notice is to advise that there is no trespassing on this property and that it is off limits for hunting, fishing, recreational vehicles, the dumping of trash/litter and any other activity w/out written authorization by Mr. Daniel Paden and Mr. Terry Harris-Inman TTEE of the stated trust. The occupants currently occupying the house on the property have been given notice to vacate the subject property and have "NO AUTHORIZATION" regarding any aspect of the lease conditions associated with this property. Mr. Paden has the authorization to take whatever legal action is necessary to protect his personal property and that belonging to the Terrence E. Harris-Inman trust.
