WHEREAS, Alderson Fire Department wishes to advertise for the following: 70 Gal. Tank 5 Gal. Foam Cell For Wildland UTV A bid package containing an “Invitation to Bid” are available at the Pittsburg County Clerk’s Office, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Ok. 74501 or online at pittsburg.okcounties.org THEREFORE, each competitive bid submitted to the County must be accompanied by an Affidavit for filing with the Competitive Bid Form, as required by 61 O.S. § 138. Sealed bids will be received by the Pittsburg County Clerk by 5:00 P.M., Friday, March 10, 2017. Bids received after 5 P.M. Friday, March 10, 2017, will not be opened. Bids will be opened on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, OK. 74501.
