The Wilburton Housing Authority will receive sealed bids until the hours of 11:00 A.M. on February 23, 2017 at the WHA, 600 E. Ash #19, Wilburton, OK 74578. Bid opening is February 23, 2017 @ 12:00 P.M. at the WHA. ITB may be obtained between the hours of 8-12 and 1-3:30 M-F. Sealed bids only will be accepted at the same location. Project Description: Bathroom Remodel. Bid Requirements: A contract executed by WHA and winning bidder shall be issued contingent upon the bidder providing evidence of the following: Bidders to visit project site prior to bid closing. Acknowledgement of HUD Forms EZ 5370. Non-conclusive Affidavit Notarized, Proof of Insurance. Note: WHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
