Case No. PB-2017-17 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEE AND LEGATEE, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Elsie Starr Teel, Deceased, that Robert L. Teel produced in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Elsie Starr Teel and also filed in said Court his Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Elsie Starr Teel, that said Robert L. Teel be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of said Robert L. Teel be determined by the Court, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Robert L. Teel; that Robert L. Teel be allowed to serve without bond and that the Court determine that Elsie Teel or Elsie S. Teel is one and the same individual as Elsie Starr Teel.
