NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELECT REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL COMPANIES (APPRAISERS) Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services, Capital Assets Management, Construction and Properties Department (CAM/CAP), Will Rogers Building, 2401 Lincoln Blvd, Suite 212, Oklahoma City, OK 73105, intends to enter into contract with one or more Real Estate Appraisers, Certified as General Appraisers by the Oklahoma Department of Insurance, Real Estate Appraiser Board, for the purpose of providing professional services for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) statewide contract program. Pre-qualified services under this contract include asset valuation through the independent, impartial and objective development of appraisals and the written reporting of value opinions. The contract will be issued for a period of one year with options to renew annually for up to four (4) additional years, as approved by CAP. To ensure your company receives upcoming Solicitations for Appraisers, please confirm your company has properly registered with CAP by submitting the CAP Form 254 to CAP@omes.ok.gov on or before March 17, 2017.
