WHEREAS, Pittsburg County wishes to advertise for the following: 2- 2016 or Newer 4WD Crew Cab Trucks for Patrol Lease Purchase with Financing included A bid package containing an “Invitation to Bid” are available at the Pittsburg County Clerk’s Office, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, OK. 74501 or online at pittsburg.okcounties.org. THEREFORE, each competitive bid submitted to the County must be accompanied by an Affidavit for filing with the Competitive Bid Form, as required by 61 O.S. § 138. Sealed must be received by the Pittsburg County Clerk by 5:00 p.m., Friday February 17, 2017. Bids received after 5 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2017, will not be opened.
