NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an order as follows: (a) approving a multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units formed for the Mississippian, Woodford, and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Sections 15 and 22, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, so as to allow such multiunit horizontal well to be drilled at the following location: Surface Location: NW/4 NW/4 of Section 14-7N-18E, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma Section 15-7N-18E: First perforation: no closer than 100' FNL and no closer than 330' FEL Last perforation: no closer than 0' FSL and no closer than 330' FEL Section 22-7N-18E: First perforation: no closer than 0' FNL and no closer than 330' FEL Last perforation: no closer than 100' FSL and no closer than 330' FEL and to complete such multiunit horizontal well in and to produce hydrocarbons from the separate common sources of supply involved herein. Applicant intends to run casing in the horizontal portion or lateral of the borehole of the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to cement such casing so as to cover and isolate the first and last perforations in such horizontal potion or lateral. Applicant is proposing to drill the multiunit horizontal well herein to a total measured depth of approximately 14,650 feet and is proposing to have a completion interval in such multiunit horizontal well of approximately 9,140 feet. The proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein Is necessary in order to prevent waste and to protect the correlative rights of the owners of oil and gas rights in the units involved herein.
