PB-16-154 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE All persons having claims against Virginia Ross McBee and Earl Stanley McBee, both deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Representative at the law office of Allford, Ivester&Green, 10 E. Washington, McAlester, Oklahoma, 74501, on or before the following presentment date: January 30, 2017, or the same will be forever barred.
