(Published in the McAlester News-Capital on December 11th&18th, 2016.) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NANCY CAROLYN STANTON HARMER, Deceased. Case No. PB-16-157 Judge: Hogan COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: All persons interested in the Estate of NANCY CAROLYN STANTON HARMER, You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of, November, 2016, the Petitioner, ROGER HARMER, filed in the District Court of Pittsburg County, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that NANCY CAROLYN STANTON HARMER died on August 16, 2016, domiciled in and residing JEFFERSON COUNTY, STATE OF TEXAS and the total value of decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00. Due search and inquiry has been made to ascertain if decedent left a Will, and according to the best information and belief of Petitioner, a valid Will was not left by the decedent. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, waiver of the final inventory and accounting and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against NANCY CAROLYN STANTON HARMER, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner ROGER HARMER, c/o Nicholas G. Farha, FARHA LAW, PLLC, 1900 NW Expressway, Suite 110, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, on or before the 30th day of December, 2016, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 1st day of February, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse before the undersigned Judge of the District Court. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the waiver of the final account and inventory and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution of the Petitioner. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution at any time before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. Dated this 29th day of November, 2016. /S/Mindy Beare, JUDGE OF THE DISTRICT COURT (acting for Judge Mike Hogan) Prepared by: Nicholas G.
