Case No. CV-2016-138 AMENDED NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE DEFENDANTS: The Unknown Successors of each of the following named persons, each of whom is deceased: Arlie B. Caldwell, Winfred Franklin “Kim” Caldwell and Arlene Enis. You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 8th day of December, 2016, Charlotte Cunningham, Judy Cunningham and Theresa Moore, filed a Petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2016-138 wherein Charlotte Cunningham, Judy Cunningham and Theresa Moore are Plaintiffs and the Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Arlie B. Caldwell, Deceased, Winfred Franklin “Kim” Caldwell, Deceased, and Arlene Enis, Deceased are Defendants, alleging that they are the owner of and in possession of the following described property: Tract in Lot 34, Townsite Addition #19, Beginning at the SW Corner of Lot 34 Thence North 89° 39’ 07” E a distance of 234.31 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence N 08° 09’ 25” East a distance of 378.65 feet to the South Line of State Highway #1; Thence Southerly along the Right-of-way 274.9 feet; Thence Southwesterly to a point on the South Line of Lot 34 a distance of 140 feet West of the SE Corner; Thence Westerly along the South Line to the Point of Beginning and to quiet title in the Plaintiffs in said property. NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you, are hereby notified that you must answer the petition filed herein on or before the 23rd day of January, 2017 or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of the Plaintiffs, against you, extinguishing any claim or interest you may have adverse to the Plaintiffs and quieting title to said real estate in the Plaintiff.
