Case No. CJ-2016-123 Judge Mills NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued out of the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, on December 1st, 2016, in an action wherein BancFirst, an Oklahoma Banking Corporation, (“BancFirst”) was Plaintiff, and Tommy R. Cravens, Luralei R. Cravens, Julie Weatherford, Laura E. To satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained in said Court on November 23, 2016 in favor of BancFirst McAlester against Defendant Tommy R. Cravens, and in rem against the subject real estate and premises herein sued upon, in the sum of $128,787.81 in principal accrued as of April 6, 2016, plus filing costs, a reasonable attorney fee, and other costs advanced by the attorney, plus late charges accrued and accruing, plus advances for taxes, insurance, plus all court costs and future attorneys’ fees incurred with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the default rate of five percent (5.00%) or the statutory rate on all amounts whichever is greater from the date of said judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, will on the 19th day of January, 2017, at the hour of 10 o’clock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E.
