Case No. CJ-2016-123 Judge Mills NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued out of the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, on December 1st, 2016, in an action wherein BancFirst, an Oklahoma Banking Corporation, (“BancFirst”) was Plaintiff, and Tommy R. Cravens, Luralei R. Cravens, Julie Weatherford, Laura E. Herrick, Rita Diann Cravens, Donna Scrivner, Pittsburg County Treasurer, Pittsburg County Oklahoma, and Board of County Commissioners, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, John Doe and Jane Doe, were Defendants, commanded me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to wit: THE NORTHERLY 35 FEET OF LOT 2 AND ALL OF LOT 3 IN BLOCK 7 IN REDBUD ACRES SUBDIVISION NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE SUBDIVISION PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN FOLIO NO. 162, IN THE CITY OF MCALESTER, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA The Real Property, or its address, is commonly known as: 1701 Redbud Lane, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501. To satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained in said Court on November 23, 2016 in favor of BancFirst McAlester against Defendant Tommy R. Cravens, and in rem against the subject real estate and premises herein sued upon, in the sum of $128,787.81 in principal accrued as of April 6, 2016, plus filing costs, a reasonable attorney fee, and other costs advanced by the attorney, plus late charges accrued and accruing, plus advances for taxes, insurance, plus all court costs and future attorneys’ fees incurred with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the default rate of five percent (5.00%) or the statutory rate on all amounts whichever is greater from the date of said judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, will on the 19th day of January, 2017, at the hour of 10 o’clock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $147,500.00.
